Seems doable. Who's in?

I can't think of a good excuse not to do it. :&)

Only if Steve slows his ass down. No more 5 hour centuries!

Haha!!! Good times! You're not doing this tour fixed are you Cliff?

I haven't entirely ruled it out yet. I may bring both bikes and decide along the way. Assuming I haven't destoyed that generic bike by then.

Hey guys, I'm back from vacation. I have some webspace, but it is included with .mac (think it's called me.com now). Anyway, I don't know if it is limited to stuff I create on the Mac, but you could sure check it out. I could give you my user name and password and you could see if it will be sufficient for a vb site. Also, remember that we already have the www.rollaid.org domain that we could use.

I noted on bf that I am out on the ride to the ride. Shortly before leaving on vacation, we found out we are expecting a baby in May. I am still committed to helping out as much as I can from here, but I have to save my vacation days for post baby.

Not sure what you're talking about here, Cliff. I believe it was you who did this century on a fixed gear!! Ha!

Mega-congrats to CRDean1! Best of luck in the coming months.

Sorry it puts you out for the ride, though.

Just a thought, but I'm gonna hit my company up to give me 'bonus' vacation days to make the ride, that won't count against my balance.

Ryan, good stuff! You're doing the right thing. But if you can swing some bonus days like David, then you know what you have to do!! ;^)

Yeah, I think Cliff was sandbagging at HHH. He could have dropped our candy a$$es at any time, he just thought it would be poor form!

Cliff knows that I'm in charge of poor form around these parts.

I reckon we ought to at least start out the ride with the boys, but maybe cut loose from the main body when it's prudent to do so.

Too, bike fittings will already be done in Austin, so the Soldier Ride should start closer to scheduled time.

There are a couple of good things about starting out with the guys.

1) There might be a couple of them that want to do the long day with us.

2) After a super long day like that, we'll be more likely to ride and chat with the guys during the Saturday community ride in Corpus.
